LIFETIME STRUCTURAL WARRANTY
My Fitness Pools warrants that the pool shell will remain structurally sound for as long as you own the swimming pool. Structurally sound is defined as maintaining the structural integrity of the pool shell so as to withstand all the loads without cracking or water loss. Should the shell be determined not to be structurally sound by an engineer licensed in the state of North Carolina, My Fitness Pools will, at no cost to the homeowner, perform necessary repairs to restore its integrity.

All of the pool equipment supplied by My Fitness Pools is covered for a period of one (1) year or the components manufacturers warranty (whichever is longer). This includes but is not limited to pools pump, filter, heaters, chlorinators, swim pole, treadmill and pool cover.

LIMITATIONS
It is the buyers responsibility to maintain their pool and water chemistry. My Fitness Pools does not warrant normal maintenance items such as but not limited to, light bulbs, O-rings, pump seals, flaps or wings on cleaners, backwash valves. My Fitness Pools does not warranty any items provided by the homeowner or owner's agent and will not be liable for damage caused by them. My Fitness Pools is not responsible or liable for incidental or consequential damages as a result of use or ownership of your pool installation.
